Carrying out of many years monitoring oftechnogenic polluted territories of Ukrainian Woodlands (Polissya), especially oligotrophic bogs, soils of 10-km alienation zone from Chernobyl Atomic Station (ChAES). Lodgings of "Shelter" objects promoted the formation of the unique collection of extremophilic-fungi and endophytic fungi. It can be the base for strain-producers search of biologically active substances. The ecological-physiological studying of extremophilic fungi permitted to their formulation of some peculiarities on cenotic, genus and strain levels. It is the presence of bioindicational index of technogenic biota melanization, the number of chemo- and radiotropic reactions, determination of typical morphological changes and correlations of positive radiotropism phenomena and photostimulation.
