Object of research - investment activity of non-state pension funds in Ukraine. The purpose of research - mining and scientific substantiation of the proposals concerning assistance of investment activity of non-state pension funds, preservation and maintenance of yield of their assets, priority direction of their investment activity of investment of a manufacturing orb of economics of Ukraine. The creation of the economical and legal use conditions of an investment potential of a non-state level of a pension system for financing of actual quadrant of economics will render assistance as development innovation of investment model of economics of Ukraine and will create padding gears of protection of pension assets from is brave of losses and depreciation. The comprehensive analysis of investment activity of pension funds, demands research as domestic legal and economic conditions of a decrease is brave investments of pension assets and meanings of means increase of investment attractiveness of financial tools (first of all of securities) as objects investment of pension assets. The granting of the guidelines concerning stimulation of the investments of non-state pension funds in a manufacturing orb of economics envisions implementation the analysis of development of securities markets of firms of this orb and capability them to supply low risky and profitable accommodation of the investments of pension funds. A common level of investment attractiveness separate sphere of economics of Ukraine at the same time demands the analysis and estimation. The mining of measures on improvement of conditions of investment on determinate directions of research will allow to reach maximum engaging of investment resources of non-state pension funds in a manufacturing orb of national economy. Object of research - process of an estimation and selection of objects investment of assets, suitable for accommodation of non-state pension funds in conditions of modern development of the market of corporate securities of Ukraine with allowance for of investment attractiveness of separate branches of economics. Method of testings. At problem solving of research the legal and special exploratory methods, method of the logical and comparative analysis, legal and economical analysis of intercouplings, factor analysis, tendencies of development, processing of the statutory acts and references. Outcomes of research. The justification of conclusions confirms by their approbation at discussion on scientific - practical round desktops, which one was held in the Ministry of economics and on European federating of Ukraine, State commission on securities and stock market, State commission on regulation of the markets of financial services of Ukraine, Ukrainian association of investment business. The outcomes of activity are inserted in practice of activity of the Ukrainian institute of development of the stock market.
