Conducted experimental investigations of dielectric systems on the models of capacitors sections allowed to find empirical dependences for the determination of condensers resources with different dielectric systems depending on the operating regime (electric field strength, oscillations decrement of discharge voltage, frequencies of charge-discharge passage, current frequency in a discharge circuit, temperature in the center of the condenser). Standard system of calculation of parameters and resources of high-voltage pulse condensers with film dielectric was worked out. Scientifically valid recommendations on the choice of dielectric systems that guarantee error-free performance of pulse condensers with film dielectric depending on the resource and operating regime were given.
