Work purpose - a manufacture of standard samples of chemical compositions of periclase chromite refracrory and of thermal conductivity to ensure a unity and a necessary exactness of a measurement by means of: graduation , metrological attestation of measurement realization procedures, a control of precision indices. Research methods: chemical analysis in accordance with ДСТУ 3305.(3 - 5) - 96 (ГОСТ 2642.(3 - 5) - 97 and ДСТУ 3305 (7 - 9) -96 (ГОСТ 2642. (7 - 9) - 97) and a thermal conductivity measurement in accordance with ГОСТ 12170 - 85. In conditions of O.J.S.C "Ukrniio named after A.S.Berezhnoy" materials for the development of branch standard samples of Ukraine of periclase compositions and of thermal conductivity of refractories. Investigations of ОСОУ material of periclase chromite composition as regards the homogeneity and ОСОУ as regards a stability. Experimental investigations have been carried out and metrological characteristics of ОСОУ as a result of interlaboratorial experiment have been ascertained. Interlaboratorial attestation analysis in 5 chemical-analytical subdepartments of refractory plants was carried out as well as metrological characteristics for determining a mass share: of magnasium oxide, chrome (III), silicon (IV) aluminium, iron (III) and calcium in ОСОУ of periclasechromite composition were ascertained. Comparative measurements of ОСОУ of thermalconductivity in 3 measuring laboratories of refractory plants have been accomplished which confirmed a satisfactory reproducibility and stability of ОСОУ properties. The main metrological feature of ОСОУ thermal conductivity within of 0,3 0,9 Wt/m.k at t aver (350+25o C) was determined and evaluation of measurement error of attested characterestic of every sample was carried out which does not exceed 5% at P=0,95. A complete set of technical documentation for as regards ОСОУ of periclasechromite composition and a thermal conductivity of refractories was worked out.
