It is displayed the system of the methods (schemes) of laundering of proceeds obtained in criminal way, discovered some new tendencies in laundering dirty proceeds, particularly: decreasing of the role of offshore schemes, using of new technologies of finance transactions, possible impact of some gaps in legislation.
