Species structure, growth properties and peculiarity of antagonistic activity of bacteria from genera Bacillus and Pseudomonas isolated from Antarctic patterns have been determined. For the first time Alteromonas-like bacteria have been isolated from the Black Sea, their taxonomic status and antibiotic activity have been reviled. On the base of carbon nutrition peculiarities of bacteria from Pseudomonas genera a search of strains-indicators of drinking water organic substance has been carried out. Taxonomic status and biological properties ofendophitic Bacillus have been ascertained. New specie Bacillus endophyticus and new endophitic ecotype of Bacillus amyloliquefaciens have been described. Biotechnology of complex probiotic producing on the base of bacilli and lactobacteria has been created. Regularities of solar radiation influence on the antimicrobial activity of high plants photo stimulated metabolites have been determined.
