Investigation object is the management and regulation mechanism of enterprise's economic activity. The introduction preconditions of the organizational marketing mechanism of the domestic enterprise's functioning are investigated. The appropriate mechanism is developed and the expediency of his introduction at the concrete enterprise is proved. The increasing competitiveness effective mechanism of the domestic enterprises is created on the basis of the newest principles of commodity manufacture organization and application of the marketing communications. The new rating technique of maintenance degree of the enterprise by a manpower is offered.
