Need of such development is stipulate by the introduction to the action of new rates and instructions on normalizing the expenseses of fuel and heat energy on public necessities in the Ukraine (КТМ 204 Ukraines 224-94, КТМ 204 Ukraines 246-99), using a new technology (technicians) in the regulation of consumption of heat energy, frequency regulators of working the electrodrives, new computing machinery on municipal heat energy enterprises at calculations. Methodical recommendations give universal formulas for the calculation of consumption of active electric power on all stages of its production, transporting, distribution from the producer to the consumer. Brought formulas and methods of calculation allow calculate gross amount of electric power both for planned normative expenseses and for determination of field-performance rates of consumption of electric power on all stages of technological process.
