It has been found, that the mechanical characteristics of multilayer films of all compositions have more best properties in comparison with films of similar composition having column structure. The technique of strength calculation of multilayer films is offered which takes into account effect of hardening of matrix beds. Results of strength calculations and conductance of multilayer films Сu-Ni are confirmed experimentally. By results of calculations the program of precipitation of coatings with structure is offered which varies from microschistose up to intermittent structure.
