The aim of this subject - increasing to efficiency of the system of the provision to safe evacuation of people at fire in the public buildings. As a result of execution SES is analyzed existing methods and models defining the parameter ways of the evacuations. It has created mathematical model of the determination of the rational conditions and parameters of the ways to evacuation people, as well as has explored particularities. The method has Designed, allowing value: effectiveness of the different action, which directed on safety of the evacuation people, with provision for specifics object; define the list of the priority problems on increasing level to safe evacuation of people for the concrete buildings and erectiction. It has made the algorithmic provision and practically recommendations on realization of the offered method.
