It's shown that construction of such equipment on the basis of transistor converters with high frequency modulation allows not only to improve the energy and mass-dimension indexes, but else to improve quality of technological procedures. It's examined the features of power supply processes of arc vacuum metal evaporators, magnetic coils of arc evaporators, ion deposition circuits, anode circuit and cathodes of electron-beam installations, powerful gas plasmatrones. The real power supply devices are developed on the basis of investigations. The results of their experimental investigations at the set of technological equipment are given.
