Necessity of providing of realization of structural - innovative principles of primary use of intensive factors of increase in volumes of production is proved; it is offered to use parameters which characterize a condition of industrial potential of the enterprises for an estimation of a level of efficiency of machine-building production ; the methodological approach to formation of system of principles of management by reproduction of labour potential of a machine-building complex is developed; the basic directions of activization of enterprise activity of the machine-building enterprises are determined. Methodical recommendations on stimulation and motivations of the personnel are developed with the purpose of maintenance of interest of the personnel in achievement of the planned parameters of work.
