One of the main advantages of the undertaken research work has been elaboration of the cumulative indexes of defining and measuring different types of political culture in transition countries. The first index allows measuring political culture using the scale "democratic/anti-democratic", and the second one is designed for assessing the level of "activity/inactivity".
