The purpose of development - creation of a working breadboard model of a Central certifying body program-technical complex of the electronic digital signature system (PTK CCB) and development of methodical recommendations on creation the elements of electronic digital signature system infrastructure and granting by enforcement authorities of information services to physical and legal persons with use of the electronic digital signature. The purpose of research - check of serviceability of a breadboard model of Central certifying body program-technical complex of the electronic digital signature system. Results SRW have been shown on a working breadboard model of a Central certifying body program-technical complex of the electronic digital signature system. The commission on acceptance of results of work in structure of representatives of the Interdepartmental commission of the Ukraine State committee of communication and information and Joint Stock Company "KP VTI" has stated a positive estimation to results of work. Works on creation of the Technical project on creation of Central certifying body program-technical complex, the Technical project on creations of complex information protection system of CCB, the Project of the work rules of CCB, and also on development of Methodical recommendations concerning granting by enforcement authorities of information services with use of the electronic digital signature and Methodical recommendations on creation of an infrastructure of digital signature system have been suspended under the report of commission session in March, 10, 2005. Assumptions - the breadboard model of a Central certifying body program-technical complex can become a main body for creation of electronic digital signature infrastructure.
