Sveshnikov, Robert K. Bogdanov, Registration Date 15-07-2005 Organization V.Bakul Institute for Superhard Materials popup.description2 On completion the research, the scientific and practical goals have been achieved: It has been established that there are no drills available developed applicable for the strong cracked rock drilling. The mathematical model of a pre-destruction zone formation has been developed at work of the tool equipped with diamond-hardmetal plates (DHP) and its adequacy is confirmed experimentally. The theoretical and experimental modeling of the tool equipped with DHP work on shuttered and cracked strong rock solid has been carried out. On the basis of carried out theoretical and experimental research, the rational design parameters of the drills, intended for decontamination of coal deposits are substantiated. The new designs of drills with 93; 112; 121,7; 132; 152 and 200 mm in diameter and vibration stabilizers have been developed. Besides, recommendations have been developed on rational parameters of drilling mode and a design of the tool for the drilling machines created by the " Донгипроуглемаш " institute and intended for decontamination of coal deposits of Donbass. Wide industrial tests of the experimental tool have been carried out on Красноармейская-western and Засядько mines also have shown positive results.
