The purpose of work is offering improvement directions of socially-labours relations in newly formed agrarian units, including the field of the collective negotiations conducting, improvement of landed-property and leasing relations, providing the proper motivation of agricultural workers. The results of the conducted researches define that the improvement of socially-labors relations in agriculture would depend on the co-operation and possibility of social partnership between the representatives of the capital and labor, namely: hired worker, employer, organization of employers, as motive forces of the society development, state, as partner of socially-labors relations and social dialog, trade unions which protect labors and socio-economic rights of their members.
