For the first time with the help of mathematical modelling methods experimental results necessary for creation of optimized unified chargers PCG were received and confirmed with use of proper parameters of high-voltage high-frequency transformer in the conversion frequency range from 1 to 2 kHz, capacity up to 10 kwatt and voltage up to 50 kwatt, what allows to decrease the unit weight of charger PCG to 10 kg/ kwatt. Scientifically-grounded recommendations on the use of unified chargers PCG in electric-discharge technologies were developed. Pre-production model of charger PCG of new generation with improved mass-overall reactive elements indexes was crested. The field of application is electrical and electrophysical equipment.
