The purpose of work - development project - budget documentation on laying of the communications of a system in the Supreme Council of Ukraine. The modern concept of IMS " Rada - 3 " is a three-level system of local computer webs: lower layer - specialized computer web of consoles of the deputies ; average level - concentrator of the network peripheral equipment ; top level - local network of automated jobs of the users. NAJ of "Deputy" is a multifunctional operator console installed on each job in the sessin's hall and in presidium. For mounting a computer web the existing mortgages of the adaptation are used.
