Essence of work-during development of the regulatory document the requirements of current legislation have beeb analysed and taken into account in the developed document, and alsoIAEA recomendations concerning planning and actions on a case of accident during shipment of radioactive materials are considered. In the developed regulatory document are specified: the list of factors which are necessary for concidering during preparation of emergency plans; the list of the basic actions which are necessary for carring out on a case of accident; sequence of actions during accidents; requirements for structure, maintenance, qualification and training of the emergencyteam's personnel; features of responseon accidents which are connected with the certain type of transport.Scope-the regulatory document will be applied by the organizations, which carry out activity on shipment of radioactive materials and are responsible for emergency arrangements, for planning actions and procedures with the purpose of effective response to the shipment accidents connected with radioactive materials.
