For the simplest stecheometry of the interaction of the analyte with conducting polymer, we have deduced a system of two nonlinear equations for the description of kinetic curves recorded for the sensor based on polyaniline that takes into account binding of analyte by binding centers in the volume of polymer and penetration of analyte into the polymer.
