Aim of research is in creation of national effective and cheap stabilizing admixture for macadam-mastic asphalt concrete MMA. Method of research is analysis of documents and literature resources devoted to stabilizing admixtures and MMA, experimental researches in laboratory environment and in production. Work results are in realization of search of raw materials and determination of their convenience for production of stabilizing admixtures. For production of stabilizing admixture waste products from pulp and paper industry as well as textile industry were used as raw materials. Stabilizing admixtures were worked out; their optimal content in MMA mixtures was determined.
