Research object are requirements to technology of development abrupt and is abrupt of inclined layers dangerous after the suddenly bringing (broking) the coal. Purpose of work - to develop the industry standard of safe conduct of mountain works on layers dangerous after the suddenly bringing (broking) of coal for application on the mines of Ukraine. A standard contains the requirements and scientific and technical decisions in relation to technology of conduct of mountain works, which reduces probability of origin of the sudden bringing down of coal, to the methods of prognosis and prevention of these phenomena and methodical pointing in relation to investigation and account of the sudden bringing down of coal with additions of forms of сontrol and registration documents.
