On the ground of the results of the engineering-and-geological study and geodesic measurement on the surface and in the body of embankments, a number of occurrences of hazardous physical and mechanical processes is revealed; the reasons of their origin and development variation are specified; the values of X-shifts and vertical subsidence of deformation marks are determined, sustained nature of the deformations is revealed. Volume 2. On the ground of the observation results, general positive variation of water balance elements for the tailing storage in 2004 is revealed that was stipulated mainly by weather factors and has caused raising of water level in clearing pools of Sections I and II. Volume 3. On the ground of the monitoring results, contamination of the soil with chemical agents, radionuclides is analyzed, from which it flows that the soil chemical contamination is being widely developed up to a hazardous level within the controlled and supervised areas and soil radioactive contamination dispersion is possible. Volume 4. The results of stationary observations acknowledge the fact of the tailing storage's impact on the underground water hydrodynamic and hydrochemical mode in the area bordering to its contour where the contents of the components - contamination indicators exceed the background ones and maximum permissible concentrations. The stationary observations traced the tailing storage impact on the surface water.
