The project of technical reequipment of the production provides optimization and modernization of the process flowsheet for ore pretreatment, automated control system, modernization and reconstruction of external electro-supply, technological safety maintenance, prolongation of the production operation life: for the equipment of engineering networks, buildings and structures. The capital investment for technical reequipment of the Hydrometallurgical Plant is determined as 55.8mln. UAH. This technical reequipment does not provide change in commodity output and ore processing volumes. The implementation of the design decisions will allow to lower the shop cost of processing of 1 T of ore by 3 % that will enable reduction in annual operational expenses by 2056.6 thousand UAH. At the time of the project performance for technical reequipment of the Hydrometallurgical Plant, primary and auxiliary equipment has been in a critical condition, as the last reconstruction with the equipment replacement was carried out in 1970-1980. Since 1993, the scheduled replacement of the physically worn and obsolete equipment was not performed; the level of major overhauls has amounted to near 56 % in comparison with needs. Proceeding from the physical condition of the existing equipment, to maintain the technological safety, extend the production operation life at the Hydrometallurgical Plant, the project provides the following: -out-of-date and physically worn technological equipment replacement; -process equipment basic units and parts renewal and replacement; -physically worn and obsolete control instrumentation updating; -replacement of workstation "Unicont" and out-of-date models of personal computers; -replacement of relay control systems with microprocessor ones.
