Description

After realization of the analysis acting legislative and normative-methodical documents, which concern definitions of prime cost of services of water-supply and sewerage and was designed new editing of Order of shaping the tariffs on facilities of site water-supply and sewerages (further - "Order"). New editing of Order is designed according to Laws of Ukraine "On drinking water and drinking water-supply" from 10.01.2002г. №2918-ІІІ and "On housing-public utilities" from 24.06.2004г. №1875-І and Rules of granting the services on site heating, supply of cool and hot water and sewerage and typical agreement on granting the services on centralized heating, supply of cool and hot water and sewerage, authorized by the decision of Ministry Cabinet of Ukraine from 21.07.2005г. №630.
