The estimation of a problem condition and generalization of development experience of nonparametric methods of the statistical information processing are lead, results from this problems creation of a progressive information technologies of a medical monitoring data processing. Principles, data processing methods of cardiovascular system monitoring are developed on the basis of modern nonparametric methods. The structure of the program environment, functional filling and computing schemes of the data processing automated system " ViSt Med " monitoring of arterial pressure of cardiovascular system is presented. The new information technology tests operations of an estimation of parameters on the basis of diurnal cardiovascular system monitoring data are lead.
