Influence of chemical, physical and chemical and structural factors on hydrophobic-hydrophilic characteristics fluorine-contains polymers membranes is investigated. Methods of an estimation of hydrophobic-hydrophilic balance of surface fluorine membranes on measurement of a angle of wetting are developed and tested. It is shown, that operation time of a membrane in process membrane-distillation concentration artesian waters depends on temperature characteristics of process, structure of a solution, quality of preliminary water treating from mechanical and organic impurity and presence of surfactant substances. Chemical methods of extraction of valuable components from concentrates of artesian waters with the help of reactions of complexation compounds of iodine, bromine and metalswith complex compounds an organic and inorganic origin are developed. Features of reactions of an ionic exchange of compound of iodine with ion exchange pitches for effective quantitative extraction compounds of iodine from solutions of his salts are investigated.
