Description

Based on complex clinicoinstrumental and pathomorphological investigations the characteristics of cardiovascular system and brain vessel damages in patients with diabetes mellitus type 2 were studied. Criteria to identify rehabilitation potential and vital activity degree allowing to detect clinicolabour prognosis in type 2 diabetes mellitus patients were developed. Individual rehabilitation program for patients with the associated hypertonic and ishemic diseases in ambulatory, hospital, resort and sanatorium treatment was grounded.
