Description

Object of research are the technologies, means both strategy of maintenance service of tractors and machines agricultural and methods of an estimation of machines agricultural to maintenance service. The purpose of work - decrease of labour input and cost price of realization of preventive regulated measures of maintenance service, increase of productivity of work at technological operations of maintenance service at preservation, durability both reliability of units and units of agricultural machines by application of effective technologies both equipment and increase of a technological level of agricultural machines by application of the unified method of an estimation of addaptence of machines to maintenance service. As a result of the executed researches is developed of three normative documents of Ukraine: DSTU. Tractors and machines agricultural. Maintenance service. The general(common) requirements; DSTU. Tractors and machines agricultural. Maintenance service. Rules of preservation; DSTU. Machines agricultural. Methods of an estimation addaptence to maintenance service. The national standards regulate: kinds, periodicity, and also basic requirements to realization of maintenance service of tractors and agricultural machines at the enterprises of agriculture; for tractors, agricultural, meliorations of machines, technological equipment of animal industries and foragesmanufacture, which the establishments of general rules of preservation and list of obligatory works on maintenance service are subject long, short-term and between replaceable preservation, at preservation of machines, their components and agricultural enterprises; methods of an estimation addaptence to maintenance service of agricultural machines on the basis of performance of all requirements of the maintenance instruction and maintenance service. The normative documents are intended for the workers of services standartization, reliability, control and tests of research establishments, design bureaues and enterprises, designers, technologists, which are engaged in maintenance service of tractors and agricultural machines.
