The purpose of research - development of production technologies of: platinum temperature transmitters of aircraft glazing; homogenizing gauzes for glass-melting devices; PtIr-25 alloy for construction constituents of precision contacts of special-purpose equipment. The research method - experimental. The following analytical equipment was used for researches: X-ray spectrometer "QuanX" ("TN Spectrace", USA); ICP optical emission spectrometer "IRIS Advantage" ("Thermo Jarrell Ach", USA). The optimum conditions of heat treatment of a platinum 0,03 mm wire, which will be used for manufacturing of temperature transmitter were obtained experimentally. Accessories for winding, soldering of sensitive element and forming of transmitter frame were designed and manufactured. The technology of temperature transmitter assemblage was designed. For the first time in Ukraine, given production, as import substitute, was put on manufacture and introduced on the State Scientific-Production Plant "Rubin" NAS of Ukraine, Kharkov. The area of application - aircraft industry. The experimental technologies of production of gauzes from a platinum and platinum-rhodium alloys wire was designed. The wire-cloth netting loom, on which development types were obtained, was designed and manufactured. The area of application - building materials industry, glass making. The experimental technologies of production of platinum-iridium alloy PtIr-25 by a inductive melting method was devised. The special module - frequency shifter was manufactured. For the first time in Ukraine, the samples of construction constituents for use in scope of special equipment was manufactured by method of cold rolling of forging (after heat treatment).
