Analysis of the National Law with the aim of the gaps' determination in the legislation of Ukraine was carried out. Analysis of the current situation with natural landscapes in Ukraine was fulfilled and main directions for their conservation were determined. The list of measures needed for implementation of the European Landscape Convention's statements in Ukraine was prepared on the base of fulfilled investigation, approximate cost for each proposed measure was assessed and rationale of its expedience was made as well.
