Description

The object of the research is the colloidal mill for the bitumen emulsion production. The aim of the work is the development of the advanced colloidal mill for bitumen emulsion procurement. The method of investigation is the analysis of the technical and normative documentation, experimental testing of the colloidal mill operational modes as well as the technological processes of emulsion procurement. On the basis of the study of bitumen emulsification, diverge emulsion apparatus design analysis the rolling-design documentation is developed and the production sample of colloidal mill for the bitumen emulsion production is produced.5635
