The investigation methods are design analytical and experimental. On the basis of the literary data generalization, the method of determination of attainment of the high density values parameters, which provide the increase of the loamy soil designed characteristics is developed and substantiated. The research on the stability of the retaining of the high density values during water absorption is performed. The experimental works in the conditions of the experimental construction allowed to develop the technology of the arrangement of the upper layers of the road bed from the loamy soil with the high density values, to choose the type of the compaction machine and to precise the compaction modes.
