Among the population of capital the negative moods on that score prevail on the whole: only for 22,1% kievers are satisfied with a situation in the city. 44,6% of pupils expressed the degree of dissatisfaction. Among the problems of city most kievers name the homeless children and also criminality. Decision of the actual problems of Kiev - it is the most effective method to conquer a favour from the part of habitants of capital. According to the results of questioning, only 23,9% of respondents are not at all familiar with activity of city authority. About 80% respondents express also positive attitude toward possibility of increase of amount of sources, that inform about activity of city authority. During a current year approximately a third of habitants of city (32,2%) personally applied to the representatives of organs ofcity authority. In relation to attitude of kievers toward city authority, positive estimations for its activity gave 39,4% polled, and for its work of 54,3% respondents has negative estimations. As a result of analysis of information on that, which kievers wanted to see Kiev city authority are: honesty, counteraction to the bribery; benevolent attitude of officials toward citizens, desire to help; experience, professionalism of leaders of city authority; good management; to defend ability the interests of kievers before guidance of country; executive discipline.
