In order to increase effectiveness of water softening and processes intensificatoin of its clarification has been determited the conditions and selected an available reagents. The principle technologic scheme of water softening by using alum sodium and magnetite has been worked out. The principle scheme characterised by high productive value and effectiveness has been worked up. The low waste technologe ion exchange water softening has been found. The new available stabilizers of scale from available have been created. The stabilizers are no yield to effectiveness to the best of world's samples, however considerably cheap. The principle technologic schemes scale stabilizers receiving has been worked out. It has been showed that created scale inhibitors are providing solution stability with carbonate and sulphate hardness at temperature up to 95 0C.
