The purpose of work - studying of biomechanical properties, morphometries of a ureter, development of a hardware-software complex for carrying out automating balloon dilatations of a ureter, creation of mathematical model of process balloon dilatations of a ureter. The received results - are investigating biomechanical properties of a ureter, quantitative dependences between a sex, age, topography of a ureter and its biomechanical properties are determining. Novelty - for the first time is developing a technique and the working model of the device, allowing carrying out balloon a dilatation of a ureter in the automating regimen. Efficiency - carrying out balloon a dilatation of a ureter with the help of the developing hardware-software complex allows avoiding break of a ureter in 100 % of cases. Scope - results of the carried out researches can be introducing intowork of scientific research institute of an urinology, practice of urology departments and in pedagogical process of medical HIGH SCHOOLS.
