In the results of carrying out of morphological and hormonal investigations were revealed that thyrocytes of newborn piglets in the organ culture of thyroid preserved one'c own morphological and functional characteristics during 15 days. 5-days organ culture was the most suitable for transplantation under hypothyroidism.
