It’s principle schemes, which will become the basis for the subsequent planning of the eko-network of Odessa region (as component of national ecological network of Ukraine and Europian eco-network) and for creation in the region, are developed. Expansion of the natural protected territories fund of Odessa region, creation of protective buffer areas and natural ecological corridors, and selection on locality of territories of water fund and recreation areas are the basic components of framework of ecological safety of the Odessa region.
