Object of researches - a gas phase and metallurgical processes at electroarc welding under a flux. The purpose of work - theoretical research of physical and chemical processes of formation of a gas phase at electroarc welding under a flux and definitions of interrelation between character oxidation-reduction processes and a chemical compound of metal of a seam. Research receptions - settlement and experimental. By settlement methods it was defined parcial pressure of oxygen at thermal which usually are part of a flux and a degree of ionization of elements which are present at a reactionary zone of welding. Experimental methods investigated power parameters of existence of the arc category of an alternating current, physical properties of the fused flux. Physical and chemical laws of formation of a gas phase are established at electroarc welding under a flux. The new physical model of welding under a flux is offered. The mechanism of saturation of metal of a seam is offered and experimentally confirmed with oxygen as a result of adsorption by its fused metal at temperatures, which characteristic for plasma streams of a reactionary zone of welding. Dependence which connects parcial pressure of oxygen in a gas phase to concentration of oxygen in расплаве metal is received, in view of constants of balance of possible participants of reactions on interphase borders gas - slag and gas - metal. The comparative theoretical analysis of results thermal of welding is carried spent. It is established, that oxidizing processes at welding under a flux are defined(determined) by structure of equilibrium gas mix СО2-СО-О2. The expediency of realization of calculations of a degree by technique Djatlov is shown. Original techniques of an estimation of separability slag and researches of physical and chemical properties of slags are developed. The technique of record and the analysis of process existence of the arc category of an alternating current is developed at welding under a flux with the help of the PC and the appropriate software. Received settlement and experimental data on physical and chemical processes of formation of a gas phase at electroarc welding under a flux allow to carry spend a theoretical estimation of formation of a chemical compound of metal of a seam.
