The devices of centrifugal and axial types were examined. Numeral research of hydrodynamics of flow of viscid incompressible liquid in single-stage device centrifugal as with flat blades allowed to determine dependences of power and drop of pressure from the mass flow, investigate the conditions of entrance and output of flow in a wheel, to define the ranges of the possible use of device. Devices of decline of pressure reduction axial type were investigated numeral and experimentally. Creation of single-stage laboratory development type was the result of numeral research of hydrodynamics of flow of ideal gas. A table is resulted and a technical documentation is developed on the devices of dynamic decline of pressure reduction axial type with possibility of making of electric energy, on the base of laboratory development type.
