Within the framework of the formulated models the quasiparticle energy spectrum, the ground state energy, the energy gap, spectral weights, Curie and Neel temperatures have been calculated, the momentum dependence of the energy spectrum has been investigated. With use of these results the processes of stabilization of experimentally observed phases and transitions between them, induced by external influences (temperature changes and applied pressure), have been studied.
