The aim of the work is normative-technological provisions of modified bitumen production on the colloidal mill equipment. The method of the research is the analysis of literary sources and normative-technological documentation, connected with the procurement of the modified bitumens, laboratory and experimentally manufacturing facilities testings. In the result of the work the technological process is studied and modified bitumen procurement timing on the equipment with the colloidal mill is carried out, standard technological procedures, quality control, labor and environment protection are established. Technological regulations for the procurement of the modified bitumen on the equipment with the colloidal mill are developed.
