The aim of the work is the normative provisions for production and applications of bitumens modified with the structure-forming additives. The method of the research is the analysis of normative documentation and literary sources connected with the structure-forming additives, experimental testing of bitumens and asphalt concrete modified with the structure-forming additives. In the result of the work the process requirements for the tested batch of bitumen modified with the additives and technological regulations for their production are developed. The normative basis for wide usage of bitumens modified with the structure-forming additives is created, which will increase the quality of road asphalt and will prolong its service life.
