Effective methods of diagnostic of diseases of vegetative nervous system and immunological status are worked out. The results of the treatment of patients with diseases of vocal apparatus and disturbances of vegetative nervous system are evaluated. In patients who underwent extirpation of larynx and, partially, pharynx, methods of rehabilitation of physiological function are worked out using plastic surgical reconstruction.
