The investigated materials are: monocrystalic epitaxial layers of YAG:Mg,Cr on YAG substrates,monocrystalic epitaxial layers of YAG:Yb on YAG substrates, bulk crystals YAP, YAP:Nd, YbAP LiNbO3, LiNbO3:Mg, LiNbO3:Fe. The temperature dependencies are obtained for the absorption bands formation/dissapearing due to impurity ions charge state changing and defects formation during annealing. The kinetic dependencies of the the absorption bands formation/dissapearing due to gas changing are also obtained. The observed processes are described by the oxygen vacancy diffusion models. The values of the diffusion coefficients and the activation energies for processes of the defects formation and the impurity ions charge states changing are determined. The obtained results may be used in the elaboration of the oxide materials technologies, forecasting of their optical properties bechaviour under the conditions of the high temperatures and different gas athmposheres.
