The influence of lattice vibrations anharmonicity to be reduced to renormalization of force constants that results in their dependence on temperature. It is established, that anisotropy of frequencies of lattice vibrations results in anisotropy of diffusion factor. For crystals with a ratio of the periods of a crystal lattice c/a 1,63 the anisotropy of diffusion factors leads to decrease of temperature, at which begins a high-temperature (that is supervised by diffusion of vacancies) mechanism of deformation.
