The purpose of work - the increase of efficacy of treatment of the patients with locally advanced primary and metastatic lesions of a liver. Methods of research and equipment - clinical, instrumental, biochemical, biophysical, chemico-analytical, statistical. The spectrophotometer СФ-46, hemoanalyzer Sysmex To 1000, biochemical analyzer "Hymalyzer-2000" (Germany), US - devices En Visor, Aloka SSD-500. The efficacy of the use of the different regimens of intraarterial polychemotherapy (IACT) is evaluated in patients with malignant lesions of a liver, and also duration of follow-up of these patients, which is not less than 13 months. The new regimen of IACT is developed, in which Doxorubicinum, Cisplatinum, Mitomycin C and 5-fluouracil are used. For the first time are applicated the metal inserts with effect of memory used for embolization of hepatic arteries. The incidence of complications was determined and the classification of them was proposed. The reaction on contrast drugs was detected in 16,5 % of cases, postembolization syndrome in the mild form was observed in 78 % of the patients. Angiographic changes during IACT and chemoembolization were described, the efficacy hepatic artery embolization was assessed, terms of revascularization were evaluated (from 149 about 1060 days). The US-monitoring of results of treatment of the patients with neoplasms in a liver was developed and introduced. The state of a medullar hemopoiesis of these patients is shown. The influence of methods of combined treatment of a primary and metastatic liver cancer on endogenic intoxication is investigated, the efficacy of agents of an intensive care at these patients is assessed. Preclinical researches of antitumoral drugs on the basis of derivative of the platinum, 5-fluouracil, Methotrexat and Cisplatin have shown their efficacy for treatment of tumours of a liver. The methods of synthesis of these preparations are developed. Product Description popup.authors popup.nrat_date 2020-04-02 Close
