New approaches to optimizations of magnet-semiconductor generators and the best alternatives of these generators have been presented. System accumulative-discharge inverters and magnet-semiconductor converters with determination optimum of them for specific condition have been considered. Power electronics switches have been investigated based on four possible quadrants of their volt-ampere characteristics. It is shown, that is possible to allocate installations of researchers as new assemblage as compression magnet-semiconductor devises of converter engineering. Experimental setup of cooper vapor laser has been manufactured, practical circuit designs universal, different polarity and single-ended magnet-semiconductor generators have been presented. It is shown, that replacement of thyratron oscillator for copper vapor laser on the magnet-semiconductor generators is possible.
