The primary transformers of liquid products cleanness on the conductometric and refractometric methods basis mathematical models is research object. The work purpose is creation of mathematical models of primary transformers for high-fidelity and fast-acting laboratory and automatic devices on the basis of the transparent cylindrical elements, intended for determination of maintenance of sugar, dry matters and their correlation, in liquid products. Methods and research facilities are the statistical analysis of descriptions of information generators, information theory, theory of errors, theory of design, mathematical vehicle. Basic attention in work is spared to research of conductivity of solutions of sugar and dry matters, research of interconnection between conductivity of solutions, content of sugar in solutions and index of refraction of liquid products, to determination of descriptions of primary transformers of cleanness of liquid products, research of influencing of temperature of conductometric cell, liquid and environment on transmission description of primary transformers of cleanness of liquid products, development of mathematical models of conductometric and refractometric transformers for the digital measuring devices of cleanness of liquid products, development of new methods of measuring solutions concentration with dielectric properties, development and evaluation of structural methods of diminishment of errors of measuring devices of cleanness of liquid products taking into account the features of terms and requirements of technological processes. Results of SRW can be applied in the automated control systems by technological processes on the enterprises of all regions of national economy, in the systems of environment state monitoring, in an educational process, etc..
