The objective of work - is to prove that phase state of landslide-hazardous soils is considerably effected by the processes which control interaction of soil solid particles with water and to give theoretical prove of this effect regularity for purposeful selection of efficient physical-chemical agents. Method of testing - is research into physical-mechanical, physical-chemical properties and structure of landslide-hazardous soils before and after physical-chemical action by measurement of: granulometric composition, humidity, yield point, yieldability limit; swelling and shrinkage processes; clay relative resistance using penetration method; boundary stresses in loading and displacement; electrokinetic parameters by microelectrophoresis; adsorption capacity; water adsorption layer according to infra-red and NMR-spectroscopy data; mesa- and macro interstices' specific surface areas.
